Relax and enjoy your art course within this  charming, fully modernised Victorian farmhouse, with mature gardens, lovely countryside
views and ample off road parking.
As soon as you arrive you are made welcome by Amanda and
David Yates who run this guest house and they go out
of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Amanda provides a great mid day lunch to keep the art group going and supplies tea and coffee throughout the day.  It’s a great place to
spend time painting in a relaxed atmosphere with new art friends.

Dunsmore Home Farm offers bed and breakfast accommodation for those who require it. The rooms are are spacious and decorated with style and character,
each with T.V., Wi-Fi access and tea / coffee making facilities.


 

Art course information

2  Day watercolour course  -  £140.00 per person.
Any B&B requirements are not included in the above price .
If required they should be arranged independently with Amanda, at Dunsmore Home Farm.

Single en-suite room for 1 night ....£35.00
For 2 or more nights ....£32.00 per night

Double en-suite room for 1 night ...£55.00 for 2 people sharing.
 For 2 or more nights ...£52.50  per night.

Watercolour painting courses held at Dunsmore Home Farm
are designed for beginners and improvers.
 

 
Watercolour workshops
Content will be depending on your personal requirements.

Beginners will get a sound grounding in the basics so 
they can practice with tried and tested 
techniques that are normally used.

Knowing your tools.
 Sizing your picture.
Understanding colours.
Using light and shade.
Shading, tones and texture.
Watercolour techniques used.
 Still life / landscapes / 
seascapes / flowers 
etc.
Beginners should take home
2 or 3 completed pictures.

Daily program

9.30 a.m. start
 
Morning tea / coffee

12.30   Mid day lunch

Afternoon tea / coffee

5p.m.    Finish
 

All art materials are supplied for the course.
You need bring nothing with you.

 showing Dunsmore Home Farm (Mr & Mrs. Yates)  to be on the B5414.
  This is incorrect.
